Congressman Wexler Releases Statement on Death of Tim Russert:
Congressman Robert Wexler (D-FL) released the following statement in reaction to the death of NBC News journalist and “Meet the Press” host Tim Russert:
“Tim Russert was a legendary journalist who exemplified integrity, knowledge, and fairness and I am honored to have known him. There is a void in Washington journalism that simply cannot be filled. I want to offer my deepest condolences to the Russert family and NBC news.”
