Congressman Wexler to Tour Community Pharmacy

(Coral Springs, FL) Congressman Robert Wexler (D-FL) will hold a press availability at Neighborhood Drugs of Coral Springs following a visit to the community pharmacy. Wexler will discuss his efforts in Congress to make prescription drugs affordable for seniors, ensure doctors are paid fairly for their treatment of Medicare beneficiaries, and protect independent pharmacists in the South Florida community.

Congressman Wexler will tour the facilities of Virtual Imaging Inc., a company that builds and sells diagnostic imaging equipment. Wexler will also speak directly to the employees of Virtual Imaging and take questions on the latest developments in Washington.

Congressman Wexler will visit the Palm Beach County Airport Tower and meet with officials to discuss community concerns over proposed consolidation of air traffic control towers and the need to ensure that the Palm beach County airport can meet the needs of the growing South Florida community for years to come.

Congressman Wexler will meet with the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach to discuss his work in Washington to end the war in Iraq, protect the security of Israel, and thwart Iran's nuclear program.
