Rep. Wexler to Speak at Alliance for Retired Americans Event
On Thursday, August 20, at 1 pm, Congressman Wexler will attend an event at the South County Civic Center in Delray Beach held by the Alliance for Retired Americans. At the event, Congressman Wexler will talk about the health reform proposal in the House, which seeks to limit out-of-pocket expenses insurance companies can charge customers and discrimination against those with preexisting conditions. Wexler will also explain how the bill expands benefits for seniors under Medicare.
Due to limited seating at the South County Civic Center, the Alliance for Retired Americans decided to ticket this event. Unfortunately, due to overwhelming interest, no further tickets are available.
Congressman Wexler will be holding more events in the near future and will post information about them on this website.
